District 66 Community Facility Use

Building Use and Rentals are Suspended Until Further Notice


The safety, health, and well-being of our students, staff, and the community are of the utmost importance to Center Cass School District 66. Therefore, use of D66 buildings has been suspended until further notice. We are closely following guidelines provided by the State of Illinois regarding use of CCSD66 facilities. As the District continues to move forward in developing plans in regards to COVID-19 preparedness and overall District operations of facility use, we appreciate your patience and partnership as we await further guidance.

D66 Facility Use and Availability

All facility use by community organizations is contingent upon facility availability.  Buildings are not available during school breaks, including summer break, and three or four-day weekends. (View the CCSD66 2020-2021 School Calendar.) School District functions take precedence over any other use of the Buildings or Grounds. The applicant organization's right to use the Buildings or Grounds may be pre-empted in the event of conflicts with District functions or activities. In such case, a full or partial refund of the applicable use charge paid by the organization will be made. 

Terms of Agreement and Fees
All requesters must read and agree to the District 66 Terms of Agreement at the time the request is made. Failure to adhere to the Terms of Agreement may result in revocation of use and/or denial of future facility use within the District. View the Group Categories and Fees here.

Insurance Requirements
Please note, all requesters must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) per our Terms of Agreement, which names Center Cass School District 66 as the additionally insured Certificate Holder. A current COI must be on file with the District Office to avoid a suspension in facility use permits. Email updated COIs to kspencer@ccsd66.org.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance through the District Office via phone to (630) 783-5155 or via email to kspencer@ccsd66.org. Cancellation requests on less than 48 hours notice will result in the use charge being forfeited. 

Gym Rental Information
For more information regarding gym rentals and availability click here. Please note that use of District 66 gym equipment is not permitted (i.e. balls, moveable soccer nets, volleyball nets, etc.).
